GM Change, El Paso Chilis

With John moving on to Atlantic City, this leaves El Paso open.

Brett Golden @GoldenOne will be taking over this franchise (with an impending specially Commish approved franchise move to be announced later).

A couple may be slight overpays, but not bad. And dont worry, Cano will help with those contracts too.
