The Brisas were last in the league in most every pitching category so picking a standout is a true challenge. The team allowed the most runs, hits, OAVG, and had the least WAR:

Starters' ERA - 4.88 (6th)
Bullpen ERA - 5.14 (7th)
OAVG - .286 (8th)

BRISAS OF THE YEAR - PITCHER
CL Dani Martínez
46 G, 3 GS, 5-3, 16 SV, 3.89 ERA, 1.26 WHIP
His numbers may not be eye-popping, but Martínez did more than could be expected after the closer job was forced upon him. He converted 16 of 28 SVO and spun a K/BB of 2.41 which just got the job done.
SP Ielemia Faletose
30 G, 30 GS, 8-6, 167.1 IP, 2.96 ERA, 1.18 WHIP, +3.6 WAR
Faletose was and is one of the best pitchers in the GBC. He was dominant in Buenos Aires but was dealt to the London Monarchs on the 30th of June as part of a 10-player deal. Before he left he made 17 starts with a 2.95 ERA and 1.19 WHIP.
SP Abdel Abdul-Samad
5 GS, 5 G, 2-1, 29.1, 3.68 ERA, 1.26 WHIP, +0.3 WAR
Arriving in the Faletose trade and eventually navigating to the Bigs, Abdul-Samad was one of the Brisas' better options to start a game. Three of his 5 starts were of the QS variety and he recorded a K/BB near 3 which is what you typically see from a reliever.
SP Alberto Castaneda
32 G, 28 GS, 6-11, 168.0 IP, 3.86 ERA, 1.52 WHIP, 1.7 WAR
In the context of the entire season, Castaneda heated up with the weather this season, but he also cooled the same. His 2055 numbers are great, but he had a stretch of 15 games from May to July with a sub-2.50 ERA. Overall, however, he struggled with control.
