Right-fielder Jose Figuera bounced around quite a bit in the BBA before coming over to join the Jerusalem Hebrew Hammers in 2046 and he has been dominate debuting with a 4.2 WAR in 2046 and a 2.8 WAR thus far in the league. Now his hard work has been rewarded with a 2-year deal that will give him some stability in delivering his impressive skills. Thus far in 2047 he is hitting .336 with 19 HR and a OPS+ of 136. It comes with an $8 million player option for the 2049 season.
(BTW, I meant "versatile" in that he can cover LF or RF and I'm going to have an issue there that this resolves. He can also DH and that's a rare role...)
