Wow. We did not see that coming. How do you unpack a Sim that left you 2-8 in your last 10 games and essentially handed the BURT LEAGUE WC to the Baghdad Kings. We were aware that GM Ben Teague was moving some pieces around to prepare for the race to that slot, but if he was he greatly miscalculated the pieces to move and where.

Um, the lesser of all evils? Gary lost his only start which came at Tripoli. But he only lost 2-0 going 7 innings giving up the 2 runs, 6 hits, and walking 2 while striking out 5. Good job, Gary.
Hitter
LF Dane Licht
Funny. In a 2-8 Sim, one batter just raked. Licht slashed .300/.391/.650 for a 165 OPS+, posted a .432 wOBA, and delivered 2 HR and 4 RBI. But more on Licht later. It's just a shame that a performance like his was clouded in some really, really terrible baseball.
