Andrew MacColl is still on waivers for a day, but his DFA is up in two days. I'm not sure how that happened. I just don't want to get docked for that. Let me know what I need to do.

how can it be normalized?

Bringing this back up because I'm struggling with the ratings a bit, as well. Can I ask why you went away from relative ratings? Wouldn't making them relative be a way to normalize it?

Appreciate all of the welcomes! JMU is a great school. My wife and I were just up there on Sunday watching their softball team. As for South Riding, my sister-in-law lives in Sterling; so I'm up that way a good bit.
