In the San Fernando Bears' player development system, the players are represented by two separate yet equally important groups: the front office, who implement development lab initiatives; and the coaching staff, who prosecute the dev lab programs. These are their stories.

San Fernando left fielder Harrison Dundon took home the FL Joe Gillstrom Newcomer of the Year and a Charles Puckett Golden Bat Award for his play during the 2064 season. The rookie hit .333 with 66 XBHs and accumulated 4.7 WAR. But it's the new nickname Dundon earned with his teammates that has him feeling the most proud.
A devout and enthusiastic goody two shoes, Dundon has a reputation for reminding his teammates to get plenty of sleep and eat healthy while on the road. "He's always offering teammates water when they get back to the dugout" said team captain Jason Steward. In one memorable incident, a group of players went to a local water park during a scheduled day off. After lunch, Dundon insisted that Yuu Suzuki wait the prescribed 30 minutes before getting back in the pool. In response, players started chiding him as Harrison "Law & Order" Dundon and the nickname stuck.
