Protected Players for Seattle

Post by njherdfan » Fri Sep 13, 2019 8:23 pm

I'm not sure what went wrong, but for Seattle could you please protect Francisco Salazar and remove Jose Ramos?

With just one guy, we could try to do it as a gentleman's agreement in process.

That would also be great. And I wouldn't ask if this wasn't a big deal for my team.

I'm going to be away until Monday so I won't have access to the forum today or tomorrow, but if you guys could do a gentleman's agreement and not take Salazar I would be grateful. I raised this issue as soon as I saw it, and I don't think I've ever asked for any kind of commish relief in the 6 years I've been in the league. Thank you.

I'm good with that. However, if I have too many beers tomorrow or just forget where my head is at and take him, just let me know and I'll give him back to you for a bag of balls (otherwise known as a Randy.)

Sorry Randy, couldnt pass that up.

In the same vein, you should take a guy off your list, though.

Assuming it is Ramos like he referenced in the first post then if either Chris or Brett want him they can just draft Salazar (or anyone else really) and make the swap after. Should be absolutely a non negotiable deal though. 1 for 1 and that is it.

Ok. That makes sense. That's what I get for not retaining. :)
