Menne's contract sucks, I agree. But if you look up and down my organization, there is NOTHING there. If I don't clear out some room now, I won't be able to sign any of my draft picks for this year. How am I supposed to fix the mess I'm in if I can't even sign prospects. I have all kinds of relief coming next year when Rotten leaves the books. I have more flexibility in after this year. Heck, I may even be able to release Menne if I can somehow manage some of this salary better.

Taking on Brown last year was a mistake. 1. He didn't get me to the playoffs. 2. He lumped. 3. His contract sucks considering he's lumped.

I'll make all the necessary changes when I export. Just put Menne on the bench on my 25-man roster.
