-Charm City went from the best defensive 2B in the history of the league to Dan Uggla. That is going to hurt their pitching a ton.
-Montreal and Charlotte are both rebuilding their rotations on the fly. It's rare that everything goes right in year one like that.
-Cobble Hill is going to keep getting better. Not sure if they are the best team right now, but Shoeless is relentless.
