Reducing Controversy

From last offseason:
LV Spends 70 PP to reduce Ricardo Castillo's "controversy"
According to the guidelines, I can spend PP to alter leader ability, loyalty, greed, intelligence, or work ethic.

@recte44, can you explain what you did for Castillo?
