Post by handaspencer » Thu Oct 02, 2025 7:10 pm

The Brook Park Brownies have been informed by Ruben bin Majid al Din that he will retire at the conclusion of the season. Al Din has a career record of 136-173 with a career ERA of 4.66. Al Din has played for 7 organizations throughout his career with his longest stint with Charlotte. He appeared in over 250 games in Charlotte and also appeared in 120 games for Jacksonville which was the 2nd most appearances of a team during his 16 year career.

Al Din entered the BBA in 2043 after receiving a 16.4 million from San Fernando. He entered as the #19 prospect in the BBA and regularly appeared as a top 100 prospect until he made his debut in 2048. Al Din was traded 4 times during his career and was also drafted 4th overall in the 2047 rule 5 draft. Al Din was also a playoff series MVP during his career. In 2063 he recorded his 2,000 strikeout in his career.

In his final season Al Din has gone 7-7 with 4.13 ERA with Brook Park and has been holding down the final spot in the rotation. We are honored Al Din is finishing his career in Brook Park Gm Spencer said. He has been a great player for many years and a great leader for our young pitchers.

Surprised he’s still getting outs but he’s always been a underappreciated innings eater.
