When the Niles front office took over what was known as Rocky Mountain they wasted no time, wheeling and dealing. Looking further into the numbers, 75% of the active roster was not a member of the organization when the GM changeover happened(I know I had made some changes, but I didn’t think it was this extreme).

Just 7 players remain, accumulating a combined 6.9 WAR this season(with Malik Bin Mazin & Ed Henderson accounting for 5.8 of that combination).

20.9 WAR was acquired via trade.
12.1 WAR acquired via Free Agency.



As for what’s coming next?

Rosenblatt has 20 of the top 500 prospects in the BBA, with their farm system ranked 5th by OOTP scouts. Alan Hedges and Pablo Castillo lead the way and both appear ready to make an impact as soon as next season.

Committed salaries for next year are only $71.9 million, meaning Rosenblatt can once again go hog wild in free agency if they so wish as they will have nearly $40,000,000 in cap space available with nearly nobody departing.
