I usually start with my best age 26 & under players and see where they could benefit. Then just keep working my way down till spring training hits

Like with the other poll, I chose the one that’s kind of right.

I’m doing defensive programs for a bunch of guys in the 45 and up group with one going to a guy with 40 potential.

My improve secondary pitch and improve stamina programs are for my 45 and up pitching prospects as well.

Strength and conditioning will be for guys on my big league roster with fragile or worse tags.
