The Talons also have a minor league team that plays Short Season A baseball. They are called the Daytona Beach Cruisers. They used to be called the Daytona Beach Bikers and had a really cool logo with a motorcycle and the front wheel of the motorcycle was actually a baseball. It was pretty neat. But for some unknown reason, the name of the team was changed to the Daytona Beach Cruisers between the 2040 and 2041 season. And the logo is just a stupid looking car now. But the stadium is still called the Hogg Pound, which is kinda cool with a Biker theme, but just idiotic with a car theme.

Anyway the Cruisers/Bikers actually finished below .500 last season due to the age limit of 23 years old for players at the start of the season. That was the first losing season since 2043, which was a real bummer. But this season the "Cruisers" are at 49-12 and are the best team in the DRAKE league. We really don't know why because there aren't any particularly good players on the team, except for maybe Rich Robinson or Warner Fox.
