UMEBA Caleca Award Voting
Hi everyone. This is JUST the UMEBA portion of this award, which celebrates the writing talents of the BBA and the memory of Vic Caleca, one of the best BBA scribes.
There were so many entries from so many teams, that I felt the need to split this into a BBA and UMEBA version (and one from everyone would be 40 entries, which IS a lot). That's not to diminish the UMEBA writing: some of the best work I've seen this year has come out of the UMEBA. If you are a BBA owner, PLEASE VOTE for this award. The same applies for UMEBA owners for the BBA award.
Next year I think I'll ask for teams to self-submit one entry (the original design of the award), but since this is the inaugural award I figured it couldn't hurt to include them all; I would have felt somewhat wrong winnowing it down to one entry per team.
How to vote
I'm kicking it old school on this one. Send a PM to me as a RANKED CHOICE vote of the top three.
This means you can choose one team news, two, or three, but if you do more than one, rank them 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. We'll work on a 5-3-1 system of scoring, so your first choices get 5 points, second get 3, and third get 1 choice.
Without further delay, the candidates, in alphabetical order by team.

Re: UMEBA Caleca Award Voting
Hypothetically: are we allowed to vote for one of our own submissions, or is it like GM of the Year? I’m not sure I’d vote for one of mine, but I might give myself a pity vote or something...

Re: UMEBA Caleca Award Voting
Hi everyone. I've gotten quite a few ballots but I'd love to get more voters. We'll publish the winners in the Media Guide, too.
