Couldn't really hear Mike's side very much, but the idea came through. I think we're seeing a stagnant cycle because the races are not as hot as they generally are at this point. It's more of a buyer's market, but there aren't that many guys how just _need_ to buy.
In YS9's example, we've looked at three or four players over the past week or so, and would like to add any of them. But we're just not willing to cut value out of my team at this point for the incremental change.
