Nice.

Just as a thought in case you hadn't considered ... if you want to spend more PPT (which you have a bunch of), you could also cut down on the installments by spending 200 PPT for $2M cash. Technically, this works by you emptying your cash on hand + bonus cash to pay for the stadium, then spending 200 PPT to replenish the cash on hand account. That would reduce your outstanding debt to only $15.15M, or $1.515M per year.

Thanks. I am not too concerned with cash though. I am due to make 26M this year - which will all roll over into bonus funds to be able to fund the installments. I thought about emptying my $20M in-game cash too...but i didnt want to limit my flexibility in game this season. @JimBob2232
