4th Place Surprises?

Let's try a weird one...we're in mid-May, and usually when we look at "surprises" we're looking at the top. Or the bottom. So let's try a slice in the middle.

Here are the four teams curently in fourth place in each division.

Which one is the biggest surprise, and for extra credit, drop a note about why you think it's a surprise.

I guess Atlantic City's winning record, more than current 4th place standing, is a surprise considering their record last year and having their last winning season in 2036, however you can never be counted out when you have Juan Rivera along with Antonio Martinez and Stewart Illingsworth making their debuts.

It's clearly Chicago. The fact they aren't at the bottom with that ownership is remarkable.

I went Chicago also... only because, as an avid reader of Vic's team news, it's hard to fathom them winning. It goes against everything I read.
