Confirmed. This is a tough one for me as I love Feliciano, but with his injury history I wasn't going to meet his demands and Martinez is probably better than what I would get as a comp pick (assuming he stayed healthy enough to get me one).

A lot of risk involved here for Long Beach. I thought about a similar offer, but couldn't get over his fragile status and his past workload. 287 innings in a year can't be good on an arm. Could be a nice buy low though. I could see a situation where Rafael comes back without lumping, struggles early in the season, signs a bargain deal, then resumes being a great pitcher.

Risky for sure. Counting on a recovery without lumping, and I figure my typical light SP usage will reduce his injury risk.
