It's somewhere on here, but I think it's Opening Day since we moved the draft into June. Someone correct if I'm wrong, please.

Actually, the list hasn't been made yet. I think I had 2 Type B players eligible sign with teams already.

I don't think paying attention to your finances and income will ever be market inefficient....
True, I guess. But, if everyone goes out and starts to strongly covet cheap, but popular players, then they'll suddenly not be so cheap.

I should probably brush up the constitution. It doesn't set a specific time, but references draft in OOTPOU and gives a "generally preseason" comment.
