A Few Beers In 2035.2

Post by bschr682 » Sun Jun 24, 2018 2:32 pm

Here it is in all its 2 trades made during it glory. I believe this is the 2nd time that Lane has chimed in using his phone. It's that simple. If you have even 10 spare minutes and something you want to say or talk about, buzz us when we do it. Couldn't be easier...

make a list of top 10-20 guys who you would take if the entire league was an expansion draft (including current contract status). I bet that would lead to some interesting discussion....

Say nice things about everyone you said mean things about in the last podcast and then even nicer things about everyone you said nice things about in the last podcast.

I figured we could either do a true draft, or just list our guys and let the others pick it apart. Either way it should be spicy.

For my listening tastes, I'd get a bigger kick out of hearing thoughts about top prospects rather than top players. Most everyone knows the names of the top players (though some would probably be a surprise).

I'd also suggest focusing on one division/league at a time.

Just my two cents.

I was planning on including prospects in my top list (I can think of a few who would probably be in there), but that could be a fun idea as well. Was thinking players because while we all know the names, I would be willing to bet the order would be significantly different for some guys.

As long as you're having fun I suppose it all works.

Nothing wrong with doing both, all depends on what Statler and Waldorf over there feel comfortable with.

You didn’t miss anything. Maybe next weekend. Or maybe even Tuesday night for those of us with the 4th off...

Tuesday works for me. I actually have been working on my list of players in case we want to do that fantasy draft idea.
