I’m a small Hall guy. Still voted Dempsey, Moreland, Wareham, Ramos, and Rafael.

Re: 2052-53, Brewster Hall of Fame Voting OPEN
Karyabwite - 3000 hits, 6 Zimmers, Gillstrom Rookie Award, 4 All Star, 2 Puckett, almost 800 steals. Only player over 3000 hits not in the HOF,
Franco - 7 Zimmers, 400 HR, 3 Puckett, 2600 hits
I think they have the most fielding awards for anybody at their positions. In a league that values defense I would think it would count in HOF voting, especially with these offense numbers too.
Also voted for Moreland, Gonzales (dominant at his peak)

i probably underappreciated Franco. I'll think about him for next year.indiansfan wrote: ↑Sat Nov 19, 2022 5:10 pm

Re: 2052-53, Brewster Hall of Fame Voting OPEN
Some of the posts in this thread motivated me to look over my ballot again, and I decided to add Gonzales, Flores, and Karyabwite.

Re: 2052-53, Brewster Hall of Fame Voting OPEN
Possibly controversial take: none of the players on this year's ballot are hall-of-famers. I did still vote for two, though both were a hard sell.

Was being generous given the season I think, but you’ve got a point. There have been multiple years I didn’t vote for anyone.

not controversial to me. I can see an argument against the three i voted for and as stated none of the others met my bar.
