Is anyone else having the same issue of not being able to save as or open in excel? I open it up and there is no menu or anything.

make a copy of it and enable editing should make it work
That said, this year's version doesn't seem to want to open, when I try to open in google drive this is what I get
and if I open it as a web page I can't edit it?

Hmm..I get no menu bar to allow me to make a copy this year to make my votes...It's different than years past.

yes, that's what it is .I think Matt's linked the web view of the doc rather than the actual google drive file

Yeah that is my problem. I usually don't have issues copying or downloading. Probably what Nigel said.
