I like Kurt and all, but I was hoping this would be you interviewing yourself like an absolute psycho.

Love Tingle's backstory and love that Chad has a player nicknamed "Real Estate". Just waiting for Chad to give a prospect closer the nickname "Escrow".

Nice. Last created ammy was a closer to wrap things up named Yadaya Dayada.

Interesting philosophy on starting teenagers in A ball until Rookie Ball opens. On the positive side, they get more reps with probably better coaches. On the negative side, they put up bad stats and appear to take a morale hit.
I'm not sure if that's a net positive or negative. Nashville clearly develops better prospects than me so I feel there could be something to this. I may try to steal this idea and tweak it a bit.

I’ve never looked their morale. I’ll have to keep an eye on that because they perform terribly when they go back down to rookie ball.ae37jr wrote: ↑Sat Jul 22, 2023 12:06 pmInteresting philosophy on starting teenagers in A ball until Rookie Ball opens. I think those guys were all high potential when they signed? I’m prepared to give Chad credit for doggedly signing high end talent and using his resources to the fullest; not ready to say he has a developmental advantage. But I’m just in my fifth season so I have less context.

Triska was garbage when I signed him. Can’t recall the scouting discovery potentials when they signed, but almost positive they weren’t as high as they are now.

Aha but you didn’t do the A ball thing with Triska!

Nope. I think I started that with Cano and now the trio of teenager OF.

Looks like the trio of OF I shuttled between A and R were indeed pissed off. Would explain their shitty production. Probably hindered their development and I'll likely refrain from giving them extra playing time next season.
