Sorry I bailed with no good eye. I’m sure I was dearly missed. Was frustrated with trying to use Skype through Discord because it wouldn’t open in the Skype app, watching Frozen, putting kids to bed by myself, and being sick. Finally got kids down and Skype wasn’t working well so I just shut it off and went to bed.

Doesn't discord have a voice chat function?

Skype isn't ideal but it has in-app recording, Discord doesn't. Ideally we figure out a good recording solution for Discord. I've used a third party bot for a few things in the past but it's not reliable and tends to drop randomly, causing you to lose whatever you've been recording to that point. There doesn't seem to be a lot of good options for recording Discord voice chat at this point. If anyone has an idea, I'd be happy to hear it.
Can I play this during the two hour Thanksgiving drive to my mother's, with wife and daughter in the car?
If you are asking if its safe to listen to, it would depend on how old your kid is. There are a couple f bombs and such but its not terrible and mostly us being super nerdy.

I listened to this Wednesday night but I can't really remember much of what was talked about as I was drinking along at home.
1. Biddle was the one who signed all of those backloaded Atlantic City contracts. They were all signed in 2050 or before. He left right after the Brewster in 2050.
He's actually done that in the past and recovered. Back in the early 30's he signed an aging Eduardo Lopez and Antonio Correa to really long backloaded contracts. He is one of the rare GM's that will blow up his finances trying to win it all. My personal GM style is to take bits and pieces from other GM's that I think are good, and I've shared that mindset after seeing him do it.
I don't know the circumstances behind him leaving, nor is it any of my business. I have to think he was prepared to deal with the consequences. Or maybe he said "f^ck it, I ain't staying 5 years to fix this mess. I dunno.
2. I honestly didn't really look hard enough at 1B to even notice Ricardo De Jesús. He's a decent player at a good price if you are in the market for a 1b/leadoff hitter against RHP. I'd be worried about his declining numbers and how that may translate into the BBA. He had a .720-.730 OPS the last two seasons playing in a hitters park in a lesser league. I think you're looking at a similar player to Erik Wignes. With speed in lieu of defense.
