The BBA Today #62 - Welcome to the BBA! And, oh, yeah, the playoffs

Ron Collins and Ted Schmidt take a quick spin around the post season, focusing on the Geoghegan round. There might be a fun fact about Mexico City in there, and a little bit about interesting nuances when it comes to the 2044 Nebraska election happening as we speak (as if any other election would cause such distraction, eh?)

I shall listen to this while I angrily powerwash my patio and driveway because Nashville let me down. I will wash away the ash from the wildfires last week like I washed away my sorrow last night with bourbon.

I was also really surprised at Nashville's hot start. It's so tough when you're on the bubble and don't know whether or not to become a buyer or seller. I was waiting for a crash back to reality all season...hated that it came in September. Sousa just stopped hitting and Machado was a bum. I guess his defense in RF was the difference, though, because my team suffered after making the change. Only losing months were August and September after benching him.

I'm voting for Leach, of course, but Legrand is my #2. He led the league in innings.

Very Interesting podcast gentlemen. I won't tip how I am voting, but do think that Legrand should get some consideration. We have a chance against the Crawdads if we get good pitching, though Jim certainly has done great work like he always has.
