Where the heck does collusion come from? I'll admit that I don't see how this suggests it, but if that is what is being suggested, it makes no sense.

I feel like the big "C" word often comes up when there's a hubbub. I almost never know what people are even talking about. Either when someone is accused of it or someone suggests they are being accused of it. I'm not even sure people really understand what it takes for something to be collusion in a baseball sense. Or maybe I don't.

I agree with Chad. This is just plain old case of ripping off a newbie, a time honored BBA tradition that we all get to be worked up about once every few seasons, followed by grumbling, followed by assertions of varying degrees of innocence and guilt and debates over the threshold of "what's fair" in BBA and war. Historically the GB perspective has been one of "It's tough to makes rules to prevent sharking" and we move on.

I disagree. I think it's really simple. Someone has to just be willing to do the work (not saying that the GB members don't already have a lot of work and this might not be worth it). I wish we'd stop having these debates, but whatever. Hopefully each time this happens, people learn something.

No i dont think there was collusion (and we could never be able to prove it if there was). I meant that if I was counted as being 1 of the 6 people in the bidding then that is flat out wrong since we never got past the "I will get back to you with what I want" stage.
