Very interesting - I think I understand just enough of that to be dangerous now. And my main takeaway was that you plan on spending $40 million on International Free Agency next season, right?
Now, being the nosy former reporter that I am, I couldn't help but notice some of the other tabs on your spreadsheet - salary worksheet, PPT history, etc. At the risk of being a total pest, I'd love to see a future podcast on some of those other worksheets you use. Or maybe just an overall podcast on the kinds of things Excel can be used for in the BBA.
Thanks for running through your financial sheet - that was extremely helpful. I'm now going to go make a series of misguided assumptions and projections and see just how fast I can drive this puppy into the ground ...

Thanks. I'm always happy to share how I do things, but don't push my way on anyone else for fear of ... well ... you know.
The salary worksheet is the key to may 7-year master plan.
I've recently stripped down all my worksheets into just "GM Things" (rather than "Manage Being a League Director Things). If you want it, I'll do another of these tomorrow and post it.
