What's Brewing In The Brewster. Season 3, Episode 4

Post by niles08 » Wed Jan 22, 2020 7:51 am

Another short episode, but put together better than last week.

This week you'll hear me talk about the following:

1.) The Italian's 20 game hitting streak, along with debating between him and another player and who I would take.

2.) Manuel Orosco.

3.) The Week Ahead.

Nicely done dude. I would take both L’Arch and HGH who recently I’ve called Thor as it’s in his last name. L’Arch would play really well with what I’m doing on the team right now, but I just really want someone that can secure them a flight across home plate so I would go with HGH for my team right now.

Nice job. once again.

Between the two, I'm definitely taking the Italian Stallion. Three elite batting skills (four if you include his speed) versus just one (with arguably two above average but not close to elite) for Hugh. While both will spend most of their careers at DH, L'Arch does offer some roster flexibility to stick in a corner from time to time. Thrown in HGH's fragile rating and I don't think it's really that close. Fun player though for sure.

If I wasted money on Orozco I consider it money well wasted just to reward him for his persistence.
