Awesome episode! Tyler is the Bizarro Paul DePodesta (an analytic/Moneyball-appreciating baseball GM from the world of football)...really, really enjoyed that one, fellas!

Re: GM's Corner - Ep 21 (Jacksonville)
Yeah, not falling for that one...I listened to the whole episode. This is just a ploy by Tyler to boost the perception of the importance of catcher defense so he can create a market inefficiency for defense-inept slugging backstops.RonCo wrote: ↑Mon Aug 19, 2019 1:05 pmHere's a link to the 2030 Media Guide that has the catcher analysis Tyler references: viewtopic.php?f=23&t=20319

Re: GM's Corner - Ep 21 (Jacksonville)
That was a fantastic listen. I'm fascinated with the deeper OOTP involvement level (i.e. beta testers) of many of our guys in this league. I also enjoy understanding what drives guys to play OOTP and to compete in the BBA, specifically. Great job on the podcast, both of you.
Maybe someday, someone will invite me to be on a podcast... I think it could be fun.

Part-time (with the goal of becoming full time one day). Technically I'm an independent contractor hired by PFF right now, not a PFF employee. But, I do record and breakdown NFL and soon college games.

That's awesome...as a fan of the game (more college than pros) who never played a single down in his life, I would love to experience a game through your eyes (or commentary.)

Don't remember if it was on the podcast or when we were talking after, but Ron and I discussed this. You will either love watching a game with me, or despise being around me during a game, lol.

We should have a game time group Skype to hear Tyler's game analysis.
