2036 Pitching Leaderboards and Milestones

Part 2 of a thing were Randy made some lists and Recte I I try to guess the players on them. Part one was posted a month ago, and this should have been too. It's about pitchers by the way.

Yes, if Jose Chavez hadn't been hurt and lost stamina, he'd be a more valuable pitcher than LaLoosh.
