Woof. Boise stumbled through an ugly 1-6 Sim #16 (recap). Though, for some credit, the total margin of the games was -1.8 runs per game. The offense managed 3.6 runs per but pitching surrendered 5.4 r/g. Quite ugly.

Not very much daylight to the Spuds pitching this Sim but we'll pick out some of the least rotten apples in the barrel. SP Dan Boman had a quality outing on the 18th against Atlantic City allowing 3 runs in 5.2 innings. Reliever Tariku Jabiri made two appearances tossing 2 innings of shutout ball while Máximo Rivera totaled 3 innings allowing 1 run while striking out 3. But we'll go with Turner who had one superb start followed by a really solid one. The righty held Atlantic City to 1 run in 8 innings to earn the win on the 17th and allowed just 3 runs in 6.2 innings against New Orleans while fanning 8.

Corner outfielders Tsutomu Yamauchi and Cosmo Pan had solid Sims. Yamauchi delivered 5 RBI while slashing .385/.385/.577. Pan had 3 doubles and a HR pushing 4 runs across. But we'll go with Allison who seems to be regaining his footing in what has been an absolutely miserable season thus far. He slashed .280/.345/.560 in the Sim with 2 doubles, a triple, and a homer tallying 5 RBI while stealing 2 bases to total 57 on the year.
