Tater Talk: 2042.05 – Social Media Post Suggests New Uniforms, Fans Demand Answers

On the eve of a national press conference scheduled by Boise last week, Spuds social media was abuzz when a 26 year-old man from Nampa, Idaho identified as Jacob Levin posted the following to his Twitter account:
Speculation ran rampant, with many fans and Brewster media members suggesting that tomorrow's press conference was for an unveiling of a new uniform. While the man in the photo could not be identified, internet sleuths took to message boards, digging up archived photos from Boise Spud events in hopes of making sense of it all:
Previously, rumors of the reasoning behind the press conference ranged from new naming rights for the team's stadium to the announcement of a new Spuds-exclusive broadcast network. Sources from within the Spuds organization have been tight-lipped leading up to tomorrow's announcement.
The press conference at Grigg Memorial Stadium is scheduled for 10 AM local time and Treasure Valley Sports will be in attendance covering the event and keeping you updated.

Holy crap, I absolutely love the Twitter date in 2041. And the reddit page with the arrow pointing to the guy again! Who is he!

Turns out the web sleuths were spot on...he was a member of the marketing team who wore the new hat out in public before the announcement.
He's no longer an employee of Boise.
