Image WEEK IN REVIEW (4-2): In the penultimate week of the Boise season, the Spuds rallied the troops to raise their record to 75-80. The win-mark sets a franchise record, eclipsing last year's 74 wins. While not officially eliminated from the playoffs, Boise is six games back in the division and four games back in the Wild Card with seven games left on the year.

ORE-IDA® TATER-TOTS EMOJI SUMMARY OF THE WEEK: 🆕 7️⃣5️⃣

HITTERS OF THE WEEK: Alfredo Salazar - 8-for-16, 3 HR, 7 RBI (.500 AVG, 1.618 OPS)

PITCHER OF THE WEEK: Timofei Bakitski - 3 G, 1 SV, 4⅔ IP (0.00 ERA, 0.64 WHIP)

GAME OF THE WEEK: Boise reached a franchise-high season win total on September 20th, notching #75 in a 11-4 victory over Vancouver. The Spuds got a "quality" start out of Mario Contreras (6 IP, 3 ER) and Ricardo Ortíz mopped up the final three innings, earning his third save of the season, allowing just one run. Boise's offense was helped by the long ball, as Alfredo Salazar, Dennis French, Louis Oshin and Yunosuke Terada each went deep with their home runs accounting for eight RBI.

Nava asking for about 10M/year over six years? Completely worth it, in my eyes...

Life is a bit more beautiful when time is measured by the half inning rather than the half hour.

So you're saying he's offering a home team discount?

Two things to bear in mind:

1. Ngowa is now damaged goods. Shoeless let him bruise his finger in the last sim, and Hakim's mom has a curse already in the works.
2. Shoeless has already publicly admitted that he views Ngowa as a decorative floor covering (throw rug was the exact term, as I recall), so you would need to figure out what he's worth per square foot before structuring a contract based on his value. What the going rate might be for bruised floor covering is anyone's guess ...

I personally think the game of the week was the 18-6 win, but we all have different opinions I guess.

Hahaha...it definitely turned a winning week into a -2 run differential!

It's always interesting two two people can look at the same facts and come up with totally different opinions.
