2034.4 F. Nephi Grigg Memorial Stadium

A new team means a new stadium. Boise has been awarded a team but it needs a place to play its home games. So what will this new stadium be? New team owner Francis Nephi Grigg IV released a statement through multiple media outlets detailing the new stadium.
"I've been a fan of baseball all my life. I played growing up kept at it through college. As an owner I will try not to meddle too much with the day to day operations of the team. Im a business man and playing pretend GM is only going to get the franchise in trouble. That said, I do have my own beliefs on the game should be played. While I will not be forcing those I choose to employ to follow my ideals, I do plan to set up the stadium in such a way that the team will almost surely be setup the way I would envision doing it myself. Growing up, my favorite player was Rafael Rodriguez. The way the guy was a masher and a great defender to boot. I was so excited when the Kernels got him. Im hoping we can find our own version of him here in Boise and the stadium will be setup accordingly. The outfield will be large and spacious both in center and right field. We want to create a pitcher friendly environment for the most part. Left field will be a bit of short porch though to emphasize the power of a right handed slugger. Hopefully the GM I bring in to run this team will be one that builds a team with a strong emphasis on pitching that keeps the ball in the park. We don't want to give up too many taters."
