Man oh man. Outside of the 0-7 Sim #2 the Spuds are 9-9. Sim #4 was yet another 3-3 week which is not bad considering 4 of the games were against JL Frontier leader Mexico City. As mentioned in the last SotS, some players seem to be returning to their expected production...except for the pitching staff that is baffling and unpredictable.

SP David 'The Fanning from Banning' Molina
5 G, 5 GS, 1-1, 27.0 IP, 1.67 ERA, 1.04 WHIP, +1.0 WAR
Molina has been a man on a mission this year after missing essentially all of the 2056 season. He exits April with a sub-2.00 ERA and 25 K while only walking 3. His final start came this Sim vs Mexico City and Molina held the Aztecs to 1 run on 2 hits, and also "fanned" 7, in what would be a 2-0 loss.

3B Gary Allen
23 G, 73 AB, 2 2B, 1 3B, 2 HR, 10 RBI, .260/.304/.397, 1 SB, +0.2 WAR
Allen hasn't slashed well thus far but he had an excellent Sim to see off April. He slashed .421/.450/.684 with 1 3B, 1 HR, and 4 RBI. That lone HR was a 3-run walkoff against Mexico City. Allen is not on pace to equal or outperform his +3.0 WAR from 2056, but the season is young.
