The Morning Glory 2053.03 - Smashburger Field

In today's press release from the soon-to-be Rocky Mountain Oysters, construction is underway on the new stadium. As a nod to a business that has gave a lot to Colorado, Smashburger Field is being constructed on the former site of the old Air Force Academy, following that Service’s buy-out and relocation by UPS.

The statement revealed some details of the stadium as well. You better bring some outfielders with you as there is a lot of green at Smashburger Field. Smashburger Field, an open stadium with a grass field will hold 45,000 people. Its dimensions will be:

LL: 355' with a 6 ft tall wall
LF: 370' with a 12 ft tall wall
LC: 390' with a 12 ft tall wall
CF: 405' with a 12 ft tall wall
RC: 390' with a 12 ft tall wall
RF: 365 with a 12 ft tall wall
RL: 350' with an 8 ft tall wall

Forgot Smashburger came out of Denver. I'm sure the fine folks of Denver are still bitter that Chipotle moved their HQ out of state.
