A good sim had the icing topped on the cake when the Thunderbears scored 21 runs against the White Pines, their highest tally of the season so far. In that game Topeka didn’t hit a homer, four doubles and a triple were their only EBH, they did score 11 runs in the third innings. Victor Aceues was the star of the show, going 3-6 scoring four times and driving four runs in as well. Although they failed to score against the Gold Sox in one game, three other games in the sim netted a total of 44 runs as the Thunderbears bats ran hot.
