Sim 12: Coyotes manage five-game win streak

June 15th vs Lincoln Loggers L 2-4
June 16th vs Lincoln Loggers W 6-1
June 17th vs Winnipeg Goldeyes W 2-0
June 18th vs Winnipeg Goldeyes W 9-7
June 19th vs Winnipeg Goldeyes W 9-3
June 20th vs Salt Lake City Alpines W 7-4

June 21st vs Salt Lake City Alpines L 4-6 (F/10)

A good sim for the Coyotes, a winning streak, a winning streak of five games in the middle boosted them up to mid-table, but they only caught up half a game on the division leaders. The leaders became Victoria once more as they surged past Salt Lake City. Top prospect Phil Cole got his second no decision of his brief pro career, on the 21st against the Alpines, as his second start went to his second extra inning game. Leaving with two outs in the seventh he had a 4-2 lead after striking out 11 batters on 100 pitches, but the bullpen couldn’t hold it and took the loss in the 10th. The sweep of Winnipeg in Albuquerque took their season series record to 5-1 against the Goldeneyes. Bartolo Deleon had two starts and went 1-1 taking his record to 4-1 in his first nine Triple-A starts.
