Opening Day in the Florida Prospect League 2041
The fans will be out in force today for the Opening Day in the 2041 FPL. The Palm Bay Aviators will host the Cocoa Beach Aztecs in our opener at 1.05 ET. 23-yr-old Taito Kimmonen will take the ball today, he finished last season in Triple-A for Albuquerque where he posted a 5-7 record with a 5.40 ERA in his first year at the level. In the 2040 FPL he started six of his seven outings, going 3-3 with a 4.05 ERA. The starting lineup will be

It will be my first chance to see any of our players in action, so I hope they do well. Last year in the FPL we posted an 8-20 record and finished 8th in the Southeast division, I have told the lads that would really like a better season this year. In our six years so far, we have three winning seasons, the best being our inaugural season in 2035 where we went 17-11.
