On a Higher Plane 2035.21 Breaking a long silence

Post by felipe » Sun Aug 05, 2018 4:05 pm

So a lot of stuff has happened...Wichita has gone 47-70 so far

Which is kind of putrid

But hands have been forced

Unpopular decisions had to be made

Nobody is coming to the games in Wichita, (averaging 12,000) - so Jesus Tonche had to be sacrificed...he was costing us $12 million per

Tommy Dietz and his $4 million per was sent packing too, for much the same reason

Don Logan and Andy Cantrell - upcoming free-agents both - two bright spots in a dark dark season - both refused to re-sign...so they had to go

The outcasts brought in Scott Hoover, and Don Draper...and a $1

Alain Pichon was let go...why does a losing team need a centerfielder to play solely against lefties?

Pichon brought us Ramahdin...the focus of many glowing stories...

The team is bad, the clubhouse is falling apart

There are far too many players that are selfish or lazy

Nobody can pitch

all that well

A shift in gears is needed

What does anyone expect from the locals? They have corn and wheat that ain't going to harvest itself.
