2064-012: Talons Add 8 Players to September Roster

Phoenix, AZ--

As the September stretch run gets going, the Talons can't afford to let up. To that end, they've added eight players to the expanded roster to try and give the club that extra boost. Can they win 100 games? These guys may hold the key!

RHP Brody Picot was claimed off waivers from Brook Park. He gives the Talons another low leverage option to eat some innings.
OF Jorge Martínez was called up once again to help split time with the slumping Adrian Tallent in left.
SS Félix Vásquez was brought back from Medicine Hat as a middle infield backup.
3B Alfredo Sloan was brought up to be a power bat off the bench and back up Mas'ud bin Salah al Din at the hot corner.
IF Theodosio Palazim was brought up as a third string backup at a variety of infield positions and can spell in the OF as well.
C Héctor Leal was winning a batting title in Toledo but we're gonna need a third catcher for the stretch.
RHP Augusto Ramírez was brought back from the Liberty to bolster the bullpen in middle relief.
LHP Francisco Moreno will be used as a swing man, throwing valuable bullpen innings and functioning as an emergency SP.
