Amid all the chaos of getting ready for Opening Day, the Talons have run into a bit of a problem.

No, it's not trying to piece together a rotation without Alaric Wullenweber. It's not trying to find a center fielder. No, not even how to ensure the Toledo Liberty win their 21st straight division title.

It's a bit of a connectivity issue. Talons Electronic Media And Forum Posting Department director David Frum summed it up: "None of us can access our email," Frum put it simply. "For some reason, all of the team email systems are locked up, and no one can remember the password. Plus, my phone has been acting weird as well. This stupid Google Pixel 46a keeps telling me I have a bunch of messages, but I can't access them," Frum said.

The Talons Reclusive GM also has a problem. No, it's not trying to negotiate a contract extension for Your Mom. "It's this damn Blackberry," the GM said. "I've had this thing for like 40 years and it hasn't failed me even once. But lately, it seems to be locking up. I can't get any calls or even check my voicemails."

"Otherwise, things are fine," the GM said. " We went 2-4 the first sim which is pretty good considering we almost always go 1-6 in the first week. This I.T. issue though, I don't know how concerned I should be about that. Seems like a low priority issue. I'm sure the AI techbots will figure it out soon enough."

"But if anyone has been trying to contact the Talons for, oh, the past week or so, I guess they are out of luck. I sure hope I haven't missed anything."

Yep, I had my Blackberry in real life up to Feb 9th, 2022 when ATT just kicked it off the network and basically bricked it as a phone. I still use it as a music player and alarm clock lol.
