But the crack team of lawyers at a local Greater Central Arizona Metropolitan AreaTM newspaper have immediately spotted a negligent and malicious omission of their flagship news organization's trademarked slogan:
This only adds to the Talons' legal woes, what with the continued DENNY'STM settlement obligations and even a potential libel suit from a certain unnamed BBATM team reportedly located somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. And this new suit is definitely a blow to the TalonsTM in many other ways, with numerous articles by a one "Rob P." and many other informative pieces about Your MomTM and other players. These efforts no doubt help the popularity of said players and increase ticket sales for the Talons and concessions sales at Denny's Paul D. Lunn Memorial Stadium Presented By SubaruTM.
The publishing consortium that owns the newspaper in question issued the following statement just minutes ago:
