2055-0022: Talons Reclusive GM Needs 16 More "Thanks" to Get That Elusive 3:1 "Been Thanked:Has Thanked" Ratio

Nashville, TN--
It was a rainy late morning In Nashville TN as the Reclusive Talons GM was patiently waiting for his Peacock TV feed to show some hope that IndyCar Qualifying would soon take place.
Checking the local Nashville radar, he was dismayed to see that the remnants of an overnight Mesoscale Convective Complex would be impacting the racetrack for the majority of the day. So, no racing action for the forseeable future.
With that, he logged onto Montybrewster.net to check the latest goings-on in the BBA. Not that it mattered, the Talons never had any playoff hopes to begin with. So, he mindlessly scrolled down until he saw a HOF discussion about Feliciano Rafael (obligatory player link). Having commented that Feliciano would always get his vote, the GM noticed something in the upper left corner of the post:
Huh, he thought. People must like Talons Team Newses and Comments, because they get "thanked" quite a bit. How many more "thanks" would it take to get a tidy three to one ratio? He called up the trusty native-app Windows-based calculator (pinned to the taskbar, of course), and found that only 16 "thanks" were required to reach the magic "3:1" metric.
How to reach such a lofty goal? Well lets see. Witness the following quote from the GM, to wit:
"I love the BBA, GBC, and every GM and ex-GM therein! It's the best fake baseball league that has ever existed! Except for the original NACBA of course! So salutations and greetings to all my amazing fellow GMs and/or Governing Board members! Hello to you all and have a great day!
