2040-09: Talons On Track For Lowest Team News Output Since 2032, The Year Of The Infamous Talons Team News Boycott

Phoenix, AZ--
This Team News article represents the eighth of the season for the franchise. With a mediocre team that is just about to get kicked out of whatever precarious wild card position they currently have, there doesn't seem to be much reason to expect too many more articles. In this case, then, no news is, well, no news.
The last season to experience such a dearth of articles was 2032, the year of the Talons Team News Boycott. In those dark days, the team flat-out refused to release any content, and were only able to meet the minimum standards for Team News on the last day of the reporting period, with an article appropriately titled Talons Achieve Team News Minimum.
And why write at all? Honestly, because it's required, mostly. In the years that more articles were penned, the team was simply better and more exciting. Not this season, though. Its a boring team with boring players. About the only noteworthy thing that happened this season was the Draft, and that in itself was only noteworthy because the only player to sign was some 5th round schmuck who accepted a $1 signing bonus.
In any case, don't expect any more articles from the Talons. With other teams flooding the board to the tune of 147 articles at last count, what's the point?
P.S. Any official Team News should have some player links in it. So here ya go: Hector Amaral. Thad Meyer. Oh, and we almost forgot about Ethan Treloar (He's the chump who signed for one dollar!)
