2036-19: Talons Join Some New Message Board, Get Immediately Yelled At By Commish

The Talons have been AWOL from the forums for a while.

Having been forced to work a crapton of overtime at the refinery, the club just hasn't had the opportunity to get those forum posts out there like they should. Which will really hurt them in the offseason, because all those PPTs can be used for things like getting extra cash or increasing the loyalty of Tu-fu Yong so he'll sign an extension. Plus the Talons have a cool plan to convert Wilmot Schlondorff to a reliever, and they need 20 points for that. That's like 10 articles!

Forum posts aside, a new league interaction space was setup called slack, and attendant to that was statsplus. Statsplus was great, and the Talons signed up for that no problem. Even voted for the All Stars that way (all their own guys of course, plus Rupert Grant). But then they got an invite to join slack. And the Talons didn't know what that was.

So, the Talons joined up and posted an inquiry as to what the point of the thing was supposed to be. Not one minute later, and all caps reply came from the commish espousing the usefulness of slack for updates during live sims. Cool, the Talons thought, but they wondered why they were yelled at. After feeling bad for a while, the Talons later discovered that they could add emojis to any post. So that made them feel better.
