A former Reliever conversion, Duran has spent most of his time in previous seasons in the bullpen. He's more of a finesse pitcher, but extremely tough on lefty batters. in 2048, Duran looks to have put it together and has had an extremely fast start.
With nothing to play for this season, Coaches have kept Duran from going too deep into games, which has frustrated Duran as he hasn't topped 90 pitches yet this season.... Often leaving games with plenty left and watching them slip away.
With two Arby years left after this season, the team will need to make a decision on Duran fairly soon. It's uncertain if Duran will be in the teams long term plans.
