Not blessed with top notch stuff or talent, Hao Kun just keeps plugging along with solid seasons. A virtual bargain for a Starting Pitcher at $2.8 Million per year... and even with his salary escalating to $9mil later in his contract, Kun could be prime trade bait for TWC as their rebuilding process is being thrust upon the front office.
Starters continue to be scarce in the BBA and any competing team with a little salary cap room would likely welcome Kun as an excellent value 3rd starter.
