Spring Training brought some majors injuries to the team this year. While not major in the sense that they are key contributors, they will make the team pull from weak depth to fill the holes.
Luis Soto was set to be the Opening Day starter for experience reasons only. That was until a herniated disc issue flared up. The hope was to have him around to help out some of the younger guys in an effort help development. His years of being a solid mid-rotation pitcher are gone but his work ethic is still as strong as anyone's despite turning 40 at the end of the month. He's still about a month away from coming back. Depending on how his rehab goes, he could be back by June. Bengt de Meza stepped into the Opening Day role after not being completely awful last year after being picked up on waivers.
Carlos García is a different story. After an abysmal 2037 with Charm City, he was brought back due to really no other viable CF options. He can still get on base despite the low average and has a little bit of pop. Well, he went down with a ruptured tendon in his finger that will keep him out until August. The last 2 months of the season should be an audition for him to stay around. The team could be targeting a CF from outside the organization once again. For now, Mario Rodríguez will fill that role. Making the jump from A ball, he developed quick and had a nice Spring. While better suited for a corner OF spot or somewhere in the dirt, he should fill the role well enough while seeing if he can hit big league pitching.
The two injuries aren't ideal but shouldn't make a huge difference on team performance. de Meza has managed to pick up 2 of the teams 3 wins early in the season despite a 4.91 ERA. His 4.88 FIP he is what he is. His control issues will probably hold him back from being much better than that. Rodríguez has managed a .755 OPS early on. While under league average at the moment, that may look better once league numbers normalize some. He also hasn't looked bad in CF either. These two having any success can only help the organization going forward.

Yeah I need to go in a set my important guys to sit if they have a minimal injury just to avoid this stuff. Not enough depth in the system yet.
